The Beach Body

I thought it was about time to take a crack at creating my own growth sequence, inspired by some of my favourites, while giving it my own Ritzular Spin.

Our tale is told through the holiday snaps of Sunny Day - the hero of our short story. A cute and quirky feline fellow at the beach with his snap happy girlfriend. A perfect day could be ruined however, as an allergic reaction with a new brand of Sun-tan lotion caused the skinny and slim Sunny to begin swelling in size.

Despite a situation that could snowball into a potential colossal catastrophe for sunny, Our Huge hero smiles in the face of danger. A cool cat in even the weirdest times, he sees a growing opportunity for fun in the sun. To celebrate his new bodice, he treats himself and his camera-girl to an ice-cream cone - after all, it's only going to contribute to his now grand girth.

Looking to find a way to enjoy his new engorged and enormous form, our full-figured feline hero strikes up a conversation with a couple of awe-struck Volleyball players. After all, what's a trip to the beach without a little friendly competition. A little bowled over by the bulging beast, they agree to go two and two with the colossal cat, despite the obvious handicap. The camera girl snaps the brief moment before a heavy spike, the other team quivering in anticipation.


After a few matches of beach volley ball, our Hulking hero catches the attention of a little tiger club. The feisty little fellow looks up to Sunny and asks him if he's a superhero. Our friendly feline doesn't let his new found popularity go to his head, and remembers with great power comes great responsibility. A big child at heart, our Ginormous good guy helps the little cub build a sandy city fit for a hero like Sunny. His big form makes sculpting a breeze, and soon enough the little lad has a town to call his own. As thanks to our Swollen superman, the Tiny tiger left Sunny with a rather apt portrait, the camera girl making sure to capture it for safe keeping. (Shame - that kid draws much better then I can.)

After a long morning of super-sized adventures on the shore, our huge hero decides to catch a few rays and maybe a few winks before the day is through. The mysterious lotion still seems to be in affect, causing him to bulk up even more over the course of the afternoon. Of course the new found girth doesn't shock nor upset the feline, rather he relishes in his new form, taking the time between cat naps to respond to the curious passers by. After all, under that celebrity status he was still the sweetest thing. As the sunsets on the shore, the Camera girl decides to get one last picture. A friendly passerby snaps the cute couple, giving them the perfect final picture to their accidental but amazing adventure.
